Requests and offers
Our company responds to buyer enquiries according to the required specifications and quantities, or to seller offers according to product specifications and quantities intended for export. We communicate with each party separately and work to bring their positions closer together to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement, paving the way for a transaction contract between them.
Confidentiality
Strict confidentiality is the foundation of our policy when dealing with the parties. We do not disclose the identity or details of either party to the other until both have agreed to proceed with concluding the transaction contract.
Business introductions
Identifying relevant counterparties for a defined purchasing or supply enquiry.
Commercial coordination
Keeping product specifications, quantities, delivery terms and document requests clear between parties.
Commission services
Brokerage arrangements agreed in writing for each opportunity.
Deposit and commission
To begin the search, the requesting company pays a very small deposit, in an amount agreed in advance, as a demonstration of the seriousness of its enquiry. The deposit is refunded in full if we do not find a suitable counterparty or if the parties do not reach an agreement, and is deducted from the commission payable by the requesting company upon completion of the transaction.
